The Ingredients

• 1¼ pound(s), 4 (5-oz) Flounder fillets

• 1/2 tsp Kosher salt, divided

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, divided

• 1/3 cups Panko breadcrumbs

• 1 tbsp Olive oil, divided

• 1 tsp Lime zest

• 1/2 tbsp Fresh lime juice

• 1 tsp Salt free Italian seasoning

• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

• 4 lime wedges

The Method
