The Ingredients

BBQ Dry Rub

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar

• 2 tablespoons dry mustard

• 2 tablespoons onion powder

• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika

• 2 tablespoons fine sea salt

• 2 tablespoons garlic powder

• 1 tablespoon cumin

• 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

• 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (you can adjust this to your liking)


Oven-Baked BBQ Salmon

• 4 Salmon fillets (no skin is best for this recipe)

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 to 2 tablespoons BBQ Dry Rub



The Method

BBQ Dry Rub

Step 1


Combine and mix well all ingredients in a sealable and dry container.


Step 2


Store in a cool and dry place and season your favorite meats and vegetables as desired. 


Oven-Baked BBQ Salmon

Step 1 


Pat dry the 4 Salmon fillets. Take the olive oil and rub all over the salmon fillets.


Step 2


Season all sides of the salmon fillets well with the BBQ Dry Rub.


Step 3


Place on a baking sheet and put in the middle of a cold oven.


Step 4


Set oven to 425ºF and bake salmon fillets for 18 to 20 minutes, depending on how thick your salmon fillets are.


Step 5


When the salmon fillets are done cooking, place on the counter and let them rest for 3 to 5 minutes.


Step 6


Serve with your favorite rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
