Kkakdugi (깍두기) is similar to most kimchi but made with radish. It has a light and refreshing taste.

Musaengchae (무생채) is made with daikon radish cut into strips.

Spinach
Sigeumchi-namul (시금치나물) is comprised of blanched spinach and few delicate ingredients. The result is amazing and delicious.

Whelk Salad
Golbaengi Muchim (골뱅이 무침). Some consider it a delicacy, some it's an everyday staple.
